An ordinance regulating the construction of commercial and residential houses, including fences, along national and provincial roads and municipal streets.

WHEREAS, the Municipal Council, conscious of beautifying the town enacted this ordinance in order to have uniform distance of houses or fences from the national and provincial roads and municipal streets;

WHEREFORE, on motion of the Mayer who was net presiding and seconded by Councilors Coral and Renomeron;

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF BURAUEN, LEYTE, AND BY AUTHORITY OF THE SAME: that

SECTION 1- This ordinance may be called as an ordinance regulating the construction of Commercial and Residential Houses including fences along the national or provincial reads and Municipal Streets, within the town of Burauen, Leyte.

SECTION 2- All commercial houses or buildings constructed in the commercial zones as indicated in the town map of National Planning Commission shall be constructed at a distance of one and one-half (1 1/2) meters from the boundary or property line of the m national or provincial roads and municipal streets.
