An ordinance amending Chapter III, Article A, Section 3A.01 of Municipal Ordinance No. 09, Series of 1999, otherwise known as the Local Tax and Revenue Code of the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte, particularly the mayor’s permit fee for trucking and hauling operators, inspection fees from haulers of aggregates, and parking fees of vehicles for hire.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Burauen, Leyte, in regular session assembled, that
SECTION 1. This ordinance shall be called “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER III, ARTICLE A, SECTION 3A.01 OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 09, SERIES OF 1999, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE LOCAL TAX AND REVENUE CODE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BURAUEN, LEYTE, PARTICULARLY THE MAYOR’S PERMIT FEE FOR TRUCKING AND HAULING OPERATORS AND INSPECTION FEES FROM HAULERS OF AGGREGATES”.
