Be it ordained by the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Burauen, Leyte, that
SECTION 1 – TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as “An Administrative Ordinance on Hiring of Security Guards Intended for the Protection of Properties Owned and Operated by the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte”;
SECTION 2 – SCOPE. This ordinance shall govern the hiring, administration and supervision of the security guards intended for the protection of properties owned and operated by the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte;
