BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF BURAUEN, LEYTE, that:
ARTICLE I – TITLE
Section 1. TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as “An Ordinance Creating the Municipal Tricycle Franchising and Regulatory Board for Regulating the Requirements in Granting of Franchise to Operate a motorized tricycle-for-hire in the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte.”
ARTICLE II – SCOPE
Section 2. SCOPE OF COVERAGE. The Scope of Coverage of this Ordinance shall include all motorized tricycle-for-hire operating in the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte.
