Be it ordained by the members of the sangguniang bayan in session, that
Section 1 – This ordinance shall be called An Ordinance Increasing the Parking Fees for All Kinds of Vehicles and Amending Municipal Ordinance No. 9, Series of 1981.
Section 2 – The new rates of parking fees shall be as follows:
- PUB & PUJ – Ten Pesos (₱10.00) per parking.
- Tricycle and Motorcycles with Saddle – Three Pesos (₱3.00) daily.
- Transient Delivery Trucks and Jeepneys – Twenty Pesos (₱20.00).
Section 3 – Passenger tricycles and motorcycles shall be provided with identification marks and numbers to identify their routes.
Section 4 – Violation of this ordinance shall be penalized as follows:
- 1st offense – Fine of ₱100.00.
- 2nd offense – Fine of ₱300.00.
- 3rd offense – Cancellation of franchise and permit to operate.
Section 5 – Any existing ordinance, the provisions of which are inconsistent herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 6 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
