An ordinance regulating the movement of motorcycles in the town after 10:00 o’clock in the evening.
WHEREAS, there have been several complaints from the public regarding the disturbance caused by motorcycles wandering at nighttime around the town especially after 10:00 o’clock;
WHEREAS, the nuisance created by these motorcycles at midnight is enemical not only to the sickly aged inhabitants and the health of infant children but is also detrimental to public order and safety;
WHEREAS, the members of the Sangguniang Bayan, in their exercise of police powers and duty to promote general order and the general welfare of the townspeople deemed it wise to regulate the movement of motorcycles especially at nighttime when the people are already retiring after the day’s toil,
NON. THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Acero, seconded by Kagawad Echon,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE NEMBERS OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN IN REGULAR SESSION ASSEMBLED,
Section 1 – This Ordinance shall be called An Ordinance re-gulating the movement of motorcycles at nighttime after 10:00 o’clock;
