An ordinance to increase the rental for the use of the Burauen Community Center, amending Section 2 (a) and (b) of Municipal Ordinance No. 01, Series of 2003.
Be it ordained by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan in session, that
Section 1 – This ordinance shall be called an “Ordinance to increase the rental for the use of the Burauen Community Center, amending Section 2 (a) and Section 2 (b) of Municipal Ordinance No. OL, series of 2003;
Section 2 – The following shall be the new rates of rental of the Burauen Community Center, to wit:
a) Social gathering held during daytime, that is from 8:00 o’clock in the morning to 5:00 o’clock in the afternoon (8 hours), the rental shall be One Thousand Pesos only (Php1,000.00), provided that in excess of eight (8) hours use, the Lessee shall pay an additional amount of Php200.00 per hour extension.
b) Social gathering held during nighttime, that is from 6:00 o’clock in the afternoon to 12:00 o’clock midnight (6 hours), the rental shall be One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00), provided that in excess of six (6) hours use, the Lessee shall pay an additional amount of Php200.00 per hour extension.
