An ordinance for the establishment, protection, conservation, and maintenance of community small watershed areas, otherwise known as the Burauen Community Watershed Code of 2010.
Be it ordained by the Sangguniang Bayan of Burauen, Leyte, in session, that
CHAPTER I – GENERAL PROVISIONS
SECTION 1. TITLE. – This Ordinance shall be known as the Establishment, Protection, Conservation and Maintenance of Community Small Watershed Areas, otherwise known as the “Burauen Community Watershed Code of 2010”.
SECTION 2. SCOPE. – This Ordinance shall govern the rules and regulations in the administration/management, proper protection, conservation, preservation and regular maintenance of the established and/or to be established community small watershed areas.
