An Ordinance Amending Section 7 of Municipal Ordinance No. 07, Series of 2010, Otherwise Known as “An Ordinance for the Establishment and Operation of the Burauen Municipal Birthing Facility, Prescribing the Rates on Service Charges Rendered by the Rural Health Unit Personnel and Women Health Team of the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte”.

Be it enacted by the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Burauen, Leyte, that:
Section 1. Title. This ordinance shall be called “An Ordinance Amending Section 7 of Municipal Ordinance No. 07, series of 2010”;
Section 2. Scope. This ordinance shall amend the scope of the provision under Section 7, of Municipal Ordinance No. 07, series of 2010, which will now be read as follows:
“Section 7. Provided that the fees and charges collected shall be accounted as income of the LGU, except the Delivery Fee which shall be distributed among the Rural Health Nurses, Rural Health Midwives and Traditional Birth Attendants in accordance with the IRR which shall be promulgated to this effect.”
