An Ordinance Granting Tax Exemption to a Piece of Land Under Lot No. 695-P of the Burauen Cadastre, Situated at Barangay Maghubas, Burauen, Leyte, in Compliance with the Local Government Code of 1991.
Be it ordained by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan in session, that:
SECTION 1 – This ordinance shall be called “AN ORDINANCE GRANTING TAX EXEMPTION TO A PIECE OF LAND UNDER LOT NO. 695-P OF THE BURAUEN CADASTRE, SITUATED AT BARANGAY MAGHUBAS, BURAUEN, LEYTE, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE OF 1991;”
SECTION 2 – The parcel of land under Lot No. 695-P of the Burauen Cadastre used as site for the Sr. San Isidro de Labrador Mission Station Church, situated at Barangay Maghubas, Burauen, Leyte, shall be exempt from taxes;
SECTION 3 – Any existing ordinance the provisions of which are inconsistent herewith are deemed repealed;
SECTION 4 – This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
RESOLVED, further, that copies of this ordinance shall be furnished all offices and agencies concerned for their guidance and ready reference.
