An ordinance amending Section IV of Municipal Ordinance No. 16-03, Series of 2016, otherwise known as “An Ordinance Implementing the TBCAP in the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte, and Adopting Its Implementing Rules and Regulations,” to include the distribution and payment of cash incentive.
Be it enacted by the Members of the Sangguniang Bayan in its regular session assembled, that
Section 1. This ordinance shall be called “An Ordinance Amending Section IV of Municipal Ordinance No. 16-03, series of 2016, to include the Distribution and Payment of Cash Incentive”.
Section 2. Section IV, Item No. 2 of Municipal Ordinance No. 16-03, series of 2016 shall be read as the follows:
The TBCAP incentive scheme shall be funded out from the TB DOTS Package Payment of P 4,000.00 of PhilHealth, which shall be distributed as follows:
