The Burauen Economic Development and Investment Incentive Code of 2017
CHAPTER I – DECLARATION OF POLICY
Section1. DECLARATION OF POLICY – As envisioned, the Municipality of Burauen, is touted to be the center of trade and commerce, a business-friendly LGU, therefore in order to achieve such goals it is hereby declared policy of the Municipality, to provide a level playing field and grant appropriate incentives to growth- inducing businesses in order to boast its image as an attractive investment destination.
Chapter II – GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section 2. Title – This ordinance is geared towards the promotion of economic development and to provide incentives for the appropriate and sustainable investments, otherwise known as “The Burauen Economic Development and Investment Incentive Code of 2017”.
Section 3. Scope – This ordinance shall govern the rules and regulations in the administration/management, promotion, technical assistance, operation and proper monitoring of the investment incentives and other related business activities.
