An ordinance amending section 2, paragraph 2 of rule vii, paragraph 3 of rule x, section 2 of chapter ii, rule xii, and paragraph 1 of rule xiv of municipal ordinance no. 05, current series, in compliance with the requirement of the committee report of the sangguniang panlalawigan, embodied in resolution no. 02-440, current series.
On motion of the Honorable Harry del Pilar, duly seconded by the Honorable Antonio Tan and Honorable Solomon Gerilla,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF BURAUEN, LEYTE, IN SESSION that,
SECTION 1 – This Ordinance shall be known as “ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2, PARAGRAPH 2 OF RULE VII; PARAGRAPH 3 OF RULE X, SECTION 2 OF CHAPTER II, RULE XII AND PARAGRAPH 1 OF RULE XIV OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 05, CURRENT SERIES, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIRE- MENT OF THE COMMITTEE REPORT OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALA WIGAN, EMBODIED IN ITS RESOLUTION NO. 02-440, CURRENT SERIES.”
