BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF BURAUEN, LEYTE, that:
SECTION 1. TITLE. This ordinance shall be known as the “An Ordinance Amending Article I of Municipal Ordinance No. 9 series of 1999 of the Municipality of Burauen, Leyte.”
SECTION 2. SCOPE. This ordinance shall amend the scope of the provisions of the Article including the amount of fines stipulated under Article I to change the amount of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00) to Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00).
SECTION 3. The title of Article I of Ordinance No. 9 shall be amended to read as follows: ARTICLE I. FEES FOR VERIFICATION, INSPECTION, SEALING AND LICENSING OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.
