An Ordinance Amending Article II, Letter D., of Ordinance No. 05, Embodied in Resolution No. 2005-048, Series of 2005, Otherwise Known as the Water Code of Burauen, Leyte.
Be it ordained by the members of the Sangguniang Bayan of Burauen, Leyte, in session, that
SECTION 1 – This ordinance shall be called “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II, LETTER D., OF ORDINANCE NO. 05, EMBODIED IN RESOLUTION NO. 2005-048, SERIES OF 2005, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE WATER CODE OF BURAUEN, LEYTE.”
SECTION 2 – That Article II, letter d., of Ordinance No. 05, series of 2005, otherwise known as the Water Code of Burauen, Leyte, should now be read as follow:
ARTICLE II. Definition of Terms when used in this code:

c. xxxxxxxxx
d. Special – a classification of water service connection specially provided to public schools, other government entities and non-government institutions with certain limitations as maybe authorized by the Sanggunian.
